Connemara Close Estate has 3 units, Midleton House and the 2 cottages Kilbeggan & Tullamore situated around 2 ponds with stunning views of the countryside. We named the estate and its cottages after these famous whiskeys as they reflect the warmth and elegance of the fine flavours and you feel transported to the Irish Countryside with the views of Dullstroom even though you are right in the centre of town. It is just a short walk to local shops and restaurants.

MIDLETON Cottage 1

Situated in the centre of the estate with beautiful views of the pond and the Dullstroom countryside.

The two story house features a beautiful living room with wood burning fireplace, dining room, full kitchen, media/games room with a library of books, veranda, double garage and three bedrooms – king size master suite upstairs with a fireplace and separate toilet . . .

KILBEGGAN Cottage 2

This single level cottage is situated to the left of the Midleton House with double garage and features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with counter seating and an open plan living area and a covered patio to enjoy the peaceful scenery. The main bedroom is en-suite with a bath and has its own fireplace. The second bedroom is also en-suite with a shower and both rooms open onto the patio. . .

Tullamore Cottage 3

This single level cottage is situated to the right of the Midleton House, with the same features as Kilbeggan Cottage, double garage, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with counter seating and an open plan living area and a covered patio to enjoy the peaceful scenery. The main bedroom is en-suite with a bath and has its own fireplace. The second bedroom is also en-suite with a shower and both rooms open onto the patio. . .

Wonderful relaxing environment where we felt fully at home.

We had a wonderful week. It was close to town but the location and layout of the property made it feel like we were very private. Connemara Director’s Unit was the perfect place for us. The accommodation had everything we could possibly need/want for our stay. I even had time to read several books in the bookshelves. The owner was very kind and considerate and the staff working on the property extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an escape from city life!

One block away from the main street with all its activities, we really enjoyed our stay at Connemara Close Country Estate. It was a great break away from the city! Attention to detail in the house.

Beautiful place, great location!

Had a wonderful time in this estate. The house is just breathtaking. Very well furnished, super well located. Dulstroom can get very cold, so make sure you’re prepared!

Bliss!

From when we arrived this felt like a holiday. And it’s exactly all that you are looking for in Dullstroom. Although it’s in town, you feel like you are in a lodge somewhere far away. Fishing is available on the premises and the restaurants are a walk away. We will absolutely be back!!
